WorldSkills Europe membership is restricted to one organisation from a European country which needs to be a recognised organisation representing the national vocational education and training system in its country. Organisations who are already active as a member within the WorldSkills international organisation, will have a first right to become also WorldSkills Europe member.
The benefits for WorldSkills Europe members are:
- International networking between experts from VET and industry on European level
- Improved structure of skills activities at a national level
- Increased quality of national skills competitions
- Instrument for developing national VET-system
- Active support and involvement in EU policies such as mobility, EQF etc.
- The right to send a national team of competitors to the upcoming EuroSkills event
- Invitation for WorldSkills Europe meetings to represent their country
- Getting financial and political support from the European Commission
By becoming an WorldSkills Europe member, your organisation gains certain rights within the WorldSkills Europe organisation (see Statutes and Bye Laws).
